FireCask is looking for an account manager. You should have solid experience in digital marketing and a strong customer service background.
This role will involve various operational support tasks as well as liaising frequently with our client base. the main point of contact for our clients, you will build long-lasting relationships and provide regular updates to them throughout the month.

Internally, you will be involved in monthly reporting and proposal creation. You will be provided with training and will have the opportunity to work in various aspects of the business as well as assisting and working alongside all departments.
You must be organised and have good time management skills as well as being an effective communicator whether that is in person, over the phone or in written correspondence. .

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients liaising with the team
  • Identify client needs and relay to the rest of the team
  • Review and schedule new clients as per our on-boarding process
  • Discuss needs and explain any additional services to clients
  • Help to identify expansion on current client offerings (i.e. upselling)
  • Organise client reports
  • Assist with audits and strategy documents
  • Help build proposals for prospects
  • Organise and schedule meetings and phone calls
  • Build and maintain knowledge of the services that we offer
  • Attend client pitches and meetings where necessary
  • Working across all departments within the agency
  • Managing team members to ensure targets are being met, tasks are being completed etc

Minimum Requirements

  • 2+ years experience working in a similar role, preferably within an agency environment
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Apps
  • Presentation and people skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Be a good team player
  • Be able to confidently contribute to sales proposals
  • Be comfortable presenting and pitching to prospective clients
  • Ability to coordinate with the SEO, social media and content teams and compile insightful client reports
  • Experience of using project and task management software (such as teamwork.com, Trello etc)

Bonus Skills

  • Knowledge of teamwork.com and Majestic/SEMrush & other industry tools
  • Knowledge of wider marketing channels, PPC, email, social media etc
