FireCask is looking for a Client Services Manager. This role will involve various operational support tasks as well as liaising frequently with our client base. You will be the main point of contact for clients as well as getting involved in monthly reporting and proposal creation. You will be provided with training and will have the opportunity to work in various departments as well as assisting and working alongside Director, Anna Moss.

You must be organised and have good time management skills as well as being an effective communicator whether that is in person, over the phone or in written correspondence.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify client needs
  • Review and schedule new client on-boarding processes
  • Discuss needs and services with clients
  • Help to identify expansion on current client offerings (i.e. upselling)
  • Organise client reports
  • Assist with audits and strategy documents
  • Help build proposals for prospects
  • Organise and schedule meetings and phone calls
  • Working closely with Director Anna Moss to assist with office management and housekeeping tasks
  • Build and maintain knowledge of our services
  • Attend client pitches and meetings where necessary
  • Working across all departments within the agency

Minimum Requirements

  • 1+ years experience working in a similar role, preferably within an agency environment
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Apps
  • Presentation and people skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Be a good team player
  • Be able to confidently contribute to sales proposals
  • Be comfortable presenting and pitching to prospective clients
  • Ability to coordinate with the SEO, social media and content teams and compile insightful client reports
  • Experience of using project and task management software (such as, Trello etc)

Bonus Skills

  • Knowledge of and Majestic/SEMrush
  • Knowledge of wider marketing channels, PPC, email, social media etc
  • Moonlighting projects (include them in your application!)
  • Understanding of common web technologies including HTML, CSS, SASS and JavaScript
  • Experience with public speaking
