Having forged a prime position amid the coworking revolution, Headspace asked us to update their branding to better suit the rapidly growing company, as well as promote the launch of their Manchester spaces. We had a lot of work to do, and we knew just how to do it.
Headspace offer coworking spaces, meeting rooms, and event spaces to a range of blue-chip clients. With that in mind, our branding work needed to reflect modern professionalism that encapsulates the lifestyle of Headspace’s clients. We created numerous print materials and brochures that not only looked great but encouraged users to book.
The North West market had always been something that Headspace wanted to break into, and with our help, they did just that. They’re now responsible for a large portion of coworking spaces across the UK.
From in-depth user journeys to detailed wireframes (and everything in between), our process was meticulous. We delved into user engagement reports, scrutinised past performance, and got up close and personal with Headspace’s audience. All this was done to ensure that the end product was up to scratch and reflected what Headspace are all about.
The final piece of the puzzle was a bespoke WordPress site, complete with a simple CMS that the whole Headspace team can easily update.
The results were plentiful. Along with the successful launch of their Manchester offices, we achieved a huge 335% increase in subscribers, over 17,000 lines of code edits, and we even had a hand in the creation of Headspace’s new VIP scheme.
