Grace’s Place Children’s Hospice is one of the charities I support and it will provide much needed palliative and end-of-life care to children in the North West. This will be the 50th children’s hospice in the UK and the contractors have worked tirelessly to renovate the old Bury Hospice building.

Grace Tinarwo is 3 years old and suffers from a serious condition called Patau Syndrome. She is the inspiration behind this incredible hospice which will give children in Bury, Rochdale, Middleton, Oldham and Heywood the essential care and support they need.

The hospice needs £1,000,000 in order to open its doors and so Shalom, Grace’s sister, made a video to ask for your help. This isn’t like the ice bucket challenge or the no make-up selfie, this is simply a 12 year old girl asking you to help her little sister. Please watch the video and donate here or text SHAL01 followed by £3/£4/£5/£10 (e.g. SHAL01 £5) to 70070 and please share this with family and friends so we can get this children’s hospice open!
