They are a leading provider of web hosting, email and domain registering and more. They reached out to FireCask for assistance with SEO website migration to migrate their whole blog section for their site.

Host Europe Group (HEG) is a leading web hosting provider in the UK, known for helping both young and established businesses across Europe. HEG came to us with two sites that needed our SEO migration services, 123Reg and Heart Internet.
123Reg’s blog was already powered by WordPress but needed to be made mobile-responsive (among other improvements). Heart Internet’s blog was powered by Drupal and needed to be migrated to WordPress before a newly designed blog was made within WordPress.
There are many benefits to web hosting and management services. These include the usual tech fixes, better site performance and enhanced security.
In terms of the objectives for the projects, Host Europe Group needed 123Reg’s blog to be more intuitive and easier for visitors to interact with. As well as this, the blog itself was not mobile-friendly – we knew that this was one of our highest priorities.
With our Web Hosting and Management team we made the blog mobile-friendly, we then began the process of SEO website migration for Heart Internet’s blog from Drupal over to WordPress.
As part of our web design services we had to manage the new responsive theme too, while ensuring the whole blog section was fit for purpose and was SEO friendly.
We set out to make the blogs easier to use, mobile-friendly and generally more responsive, which we achieved. This resulted in a 72% increase in page load times and a successful SEO website migration. Slow load times can really impact the user experience for responsive websites, so we were over the moon with such a large increase.
